Buzzard. Punjab. Pakistan (1 Viewer)

The bird ID apps say its a long-legged buzzard. Have seen them before too in my area. My only concern is that it didn't look very big and that how can the common buzzard be ruled out ?

Doesn't look like long-legged buzzard: too heavily barred on flight- and tail-feathers.
Doesn't look like common buzzard: structure wrong - too long- and narrow-tailed and too long-headed.
it didn't look very big
Judging the size of a lone bird is notoriously unreliable.
