1 & 4 Are Ash-throated Flycatcher and Red-tailed Hawk. You can just see the belly belt starting on the Hawk.

When were these photos taken? The Kingbird certainly looks like Western, but it would be out of season right now. Theres only been 5 seen in the state so far.
