I know the garden of the vicarage is just as good a feeding-station for the birds, but you deserve to be able to see them from your window too. They give you a lot of pleasure, they are part of your upbringing and family history, and you´ve gardened for them and fed them. Why the hell should you have to walk up the road to see them in the vicar´s garden? (And I´m not sure wandering about staring into vicars´gardens with binoculars is such a terribly good idea....Vicar-Stalking is a crime punishable by Shunning in some Jurisdictions.....<img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite2" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=";)" />). For the moment, hang your feeders high. Or off your own wall. Then see what happens at the Street Committee meeting later in the month. Don´t resign yourself to defeat, I suspect you won´t get a moment´s peace from this woman if you do, and every time you see her you´ll either feel sad or angry. Like I said, if this were really about Pigeon-Poo, she´d have come up with a simple solution herself without bothering anyone. But it´s not about Pigeon-Poo, it´s about Power.
