Message: <blockquote data-quote="Josef" data-source="post: 2992412" data-attributes="member: 9499">Some pretty fine shots Eddy.  The last couple days I've been comparing digiscope pics with the sx50 pics at the top end.  Both make good pics but when I enlarge in Elements side by side all the feather detail disappears at 75 feet.  Along the edge of the bird I can still see individual feathers with the digiscope but only a grainy edge with a fine halo on the sx50.Closer at 40-50 ft not as bad on the sx50 but in the same range I can see the feather spines with the scope. My digiscope camera is a Canon s95 but the big optics sure make that old Canon sing.  On fast small birds there really is no comparing and I'm finding it rewarding using both.  The sx50 really compliments the digiscope setup.</blockquote>
