Could anyone confirn if this is a Caspian Gull seen at Spurn today at Kilnsea

I thought the right hand bird in the last image had a strangely thin very hooked bill for a moment - then I realised it was yawning and that was only the upper mandible!

That actually took some seeing, well spotted! I think there might be a Mallard at the top right of picture one too....
