Cassin’s Finch? (1 Viewer)

Hello!
Any idea if this might be a Cassin’s Finch?

It was seen in ponderosa pine high altitude habitat an hour outside of San Diego today.
Ebird is flagging it as a rarity so it made me want to check with people who may be more familiar with the bird.

Thanks!

Looks like Cassin's Finch to me - relatively long bill with straight culmen; crisp narrow streaks below.
