Unless it has some strange hypertophy, that's not a Serin's bill!No chance of other species than a Serin. Several non-native Ploceids here, but this is a Serin.
Has it perhaps got a big sunflower seed (or similar) in its bill? I guess that could account for the 'huge' bill.It's beak is open so just looks big.
