Cerulean Warbler or Northern Parula, Aug 1, 2024, SW Kentucky (1 Viewer)

I was hiking in the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area yesterday, and I heard this song, which I think sounds good for a Cerulean Warbler. However Cerulean Warblers are not common here, so I feel hesitant given the variation I have heard in the songs of these two species. Any thoughts?

I think you have a parula there. It's confusingly close to a Cerulean, although the final descending "chip" of parula is audible.

As a side note, Black-throated Blue Warbler can be even closer to Cerulean, even matching it on occasion.

Yeah, for some reason my brain wasn't registering the final chip note in the field
