Songea im nördlichen Niassagebiet (J. Booth).

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:
Sunbird sp. Chalcomitra boothi Reichenow 1902 NCR [Alt. Amethyst Sunbird; JS Chalcomitra amethystina kirkii]
F. Booth (fl.1902) was a collector in German East Africa (Tanzania).

The Key to Scientific Names
F. Booth (fl. 1902) collector in German East Africa / Tanzania (syn. Chalcomitra amethystina kirkii).

Here is written:

He was also in Vorderindien, Madagascar und Kongo. No idea about his life dates. Thought about John Cornelius Booth bizut it looks like he never left Germany, but his son John Booth (1863–1924) sounds plausible. Confirmed by here.
