See post #11 (here), #39 (here), and more important post #64 (here), and onwards (until #76). I think that's about all of what you will find about him (or very close). We spent quite some time tracing him last year ...

In today's Key to Scientific Names you find him as:
Dr Christian Heineken (?1792-1830) English physician, naturalist on Madeira 1826-1830 (Paul Scofield in litt.) (syn. Columba trocaz, subsp. Sylvia atricapilla).
