Here you go. Grebe showed well but was initially very elusive as it was hugging the far bank. Weather atrocious but I went back in afternoon during a break in the weather.

Just a quicky. In the 90's there was a May Red-necked Grebe at Frodsham along with Garganey (pair?) and two Black-necked Grebes. Over the course of three days they all moved to Budworth Mere, just a heads up to the patchers that this may be a good chance for Lesser Scaup.

June 1st - Bee-eater reported over Newton towards West Kirby; Lesser Scaup and Red-necked Grebe at Frodsham; Osprey over Burton Mere Wetlands; White Wagtail and 5 Whimbrel at Hilbre;

May 31st - 3 Arctic Skuas and 1,500 Common Scoter at Hilbre;

Yesterday - Lesser Scaup, Red-necked Grebe & Common Scoter at Frodsham; c750 Black-tailed Godwits at Hale; Little Egret at Sandbach Flashes;

June 5th - Mediterranean Gull, Little Ringed Plover and Greenshank at Burton Mere Wetlands;
