Circus aeruginosus or Circus spilonotus? (1 Viewer)

Dear friends, Kindly please check the attached photos which I taken at east of China, Jiangsu province. It's not like the Circus spilonotus which I taken before. Is possible Circus aeguginosus? kindly please advise. Tks.
