Common or Lesser Kestrel ? (Atlas, Morocco) (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I've seen this falcon today in Agouti, Atlas (altitude 1900m).
I only managed to take these pictures through my bins.
Little facial moustache, little spots on belly, grey marking on the head... give me a good Lesser K feeling.

Is it possible to get a definitive ID ?
I don't know if it can be observed that high

It’s a Common Kestrel for me G d, note the black claws and still quite significant underparts markings.
