Hello Kempka, I have the Meopta Meostar S1 APO (or HD) 75. I bought mine with the field carring cloth, the 20-60x variable eyepiece, and added the 30x WW Angle eyepiece. Mine is the angled one. For my use I find the angled much more versatile than the straight one. The main use is for hunting in the Patagonian Andes, plus bird watching and range shooting. My former spotting scope was the Meopta Sport 40x70. Also a good scope but lacking the chromatic correction of the APO/HD one. And wasn´t sealed. The S1 is a GREAT spotting scope. Period! I have compared it with a Nikon HD 80 (or 82, I don´t remember), and a Leica variable 10 years old. The S1 is clearly better than these two! Light, outstanding optics and weatherproof. For hunting I don´t use, or carry, any tripod. And I like, a lot, the 30x Wide Angle eyepiece! I am very intrigued about the Zeiss Dialyt 15-45x. I didn´t saw one, yet. Anyway, I think the Dialyt should be a very tought and well made scope. Good enough for your intended use. Good luck! PHA
