Little Egret flew down the valley over New Mill yesterday
Ravens
Kestrel
Yellowhammer
Several small flocks of Siskins
4 Skylarks
Meadow Pipits
House Martins
A few Swallows (just 3 pre-roost at Coney on Friday)
Tawny Owls calling around Salwarpe on Friday
Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs, Starlings, Reed Buntings, Buzzards, Grey Herons, Green and Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Goldcrests, Linnets etc.

A Red Kite just drifted over also.

1 Yellow Wagtail over near Ladywood
Cetti's Warbler singing near Tapenhall
Just 2 single Siskins over
Meadow Pipits increasing
4 or 5 Swallows over high up
Common Whitethroat at Tapenhall
Song Thrush at Coney- very scarce lately
Plenty of Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs (some singing)
Buzzards and Sparrowhawk

A Small Copper seen yesterday

2 Little Egrets over Coney Meadow flew towards Westwood
Red Kite perched in dead tree nearby plucking at its food.
Several Redpolls and a few Siskins over.

A Spotted Flycatcher in a hedge near Ladywood this morning
A Yellow Wagtail landed amongst cattle near Ladywood
Another Yellow Wagtail over near Salwarpe
4 Mistle Thrushes near Salwarpe
Siskins over in several places
Raven over Coney Meadow
Meadow Pipits
2 Kingfishers near Salwarpe
Grey Wagtail
5 Swallows
2 House Martins

A young Hare was in the field next to Coney Meadow - the first time I've seen one so close to Salwarpe.

A few Siskins and Meadow Pipits, 2 Mistle Thrushes and Kingfisher best of the rest.

2 Stonechats together on scrubby sloping pasture and along the fence-line near the green barn near Ladywood.
Cetti's Warbler singing along the canal nearby.

Further Cetti's Warblers between Ladywood and Porter's Mill and near Tapenhall.
