Confirm ID Jaunoux, Central France. (1 Viewer)

I took these photographs in our garden in Jaunoux in August this year.
! believe pictures 1 and 2 are the same bird, picture 3 is a Chiffchaff. My question is are they all Chiffchaffs. At one point I thought I had cracked the IDs of Chiffchaff then I found a Willow Warbler in our garden and my head blew up.

it is a chiffchaff (easiest: it has a short primary projection). but i'd warn to go on leg colour - many (especially northern) willow warblers also have blackish legs!
