Contopus sp. - Mexico City (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'm having a hard time trying to ID this Contopus flycatcher from Mexico City (Bosque de Chapultepec), 17 August 2018.

I'm thinking either Olive-sided Flycatcher (C. cooperi) or Western Wood-Peewee (C. sordidulus). I wonder if someone is able to shed any light on this, despite the far-from-optimal pics?

Looks a Wood-pewee on proportions, flanks and UTC colors. All dark looking mandible suggests this is probably a Western Wood-Pewee.

On top of what you said, according to eBird Western Wood-Pewee is expected to be more common than Olive-sided Flycatcher in CDMX at this time of the year. So I think it's safe to call it a WWP.

(By the way, what are UTC colors?)
