Cook Strait New Zealand, 6th March (1 Viewer)

From a recent holiday - well off patch for me so working from a Guidebook. Initial thought Sooty Shearwater, but bill too pale? So maybe Flesh footed Shearwater, but no evidence of flesh coloured feet. So maybe Westland Petrel?
Assistance appreciated.

Sooty Shearwater has white underwings. This is white chinned or Westland petrel (or similar). It looks good for Westland as there appears to be a black bill tip and the feet look dark but the photos are low res
