Cormorant or Shag? Heligoland, Germany, 06/21 (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I photographed this bird today on the island of Heligoland. The few yellow and the black beak made me think that I might have photographed a shag, but as I do not have any experience with this species I don't know how to take into context the wing and cervix proportions. Can anyone confirm or falsify?

Thanks a lot!
