Cormorant Species help pls. S Thailand (1 Viewer)

Hi, the attached photo was taken at the Hat Yai Water Treatment area, a large marshland in Songkhla Province, Southern Thailand, on Mar 23, 2025. Given how rounded the head is I was thinking it was an Indian Cormorant, rather than the much more common Little Cormorant here. Though the white tuffs on the side of the head seem more approriate for Little. Any advice on whether it is an Indian or Little Cormorarnt much appreciated.

Its an Oriental Darter Steve. Long pointed all yellow bill + long white face stripe confirm.
