I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if COVID allows, I should be heading down to Costa Rica this summer. Does anyone know of a good guide for the Bajos del Toro area? Any help would be appreciated.

You could try Danny Ugalde who guided us in various parts of Costa Rica 3 years ago. He also guides in Panama.
Danny was a great guide excellent communicator and has a vehicle so does the driving too.
Probably best way to contact him is via Facebook he is "Danny Ugalde Birding Guide V"
