Crested Goshawk? Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo (1 Viewer)

I could not confirm if this is Crested Goshawk. All shots were in-flight and same bird, no perched shots available.

I tried comparing to Wallace's Hawk-Eagle (have seen them before in same location few months ago), but the bill looks too short as Hawk-Eagle and this one the bill and head looks more round. Looks more toward Goshawk but I couldn't be sure.
