Dead Buzzard (1 Viewer)

Came across a sad sight this morning on my local patch.A dead Buzzard that looks like it has been there about a week.No signs of a predator attack or gun shots so I am thinking it starved during that recent cold spell. The very pronounced breastbone would also point to this.Any thoughts?
