Initially it looks like an Oporornis with that big beak, but this could be an illusion due to the prominent gape, and possibly even ungrown nasal-area feathers. See Bird Hard 2s second link in post #2. Also the long tail seems all wrong for an Oporornis, and apparently yellowthroat. I checked Sibley, and I went to check for yellow undertail coverts, and I found them missing! That could explain the apparently very long tail.Oh one more thing. The sharp contrast between the yellow throat  and the brown cheek (hard to see due to shadow) is very, very good for yellowthroat.</blockquote>
