Hi, please help in identifying this small bird for me. Several species are quite similar so hopefully someone with knowledge in the area can identify.

Without certainty...
This looks more like a tyrannulet to me: head and bill shape etc. In that case, maybe mouse-coloured. It perhaps has the right combination of whitish wing bars, long supercilium etc
 
Never been to Suriname / just looking quickly on my phone but it’s not an Elaenia. I agree with a Tyrannulet, bill and face would have me looking at Zimmerius as well perhaps?
