Domestic? in S Thailand (1 Viewer)

Hi, these photos were taken on Jan 8 at the Hat Yai Water Treatment Plant in S Thailand. I assume they are a domestic, or semi-domesticated species, from their behaviour and location, in between a row of townhouses for the staff of the WTP, and because I cannot find anything close to them in a field guide. But I am wondering if anyone knows what domestic breed and its ancestry.
thank you in advance
steve
