Agree with Spotted Dove, though I think an adult, not a young one.

The neck pattern doesn't seem developed enough for an adult, I agree it's a young Spotted Dove

Can't see the neck pattern well, it's hidden behind the shoulder. But the bill doesn't show any sign of the characteristic 'fleshy' character of young pigeons & doves

You can see the neck pattern well enough to see brown feathers on the sides of the neck. You should be able to see spots on an adult, even at this angle.

The brown tones to the head, pale eye/grey eyering and fluffy undertail coverts also support it being a young bird.

Maybe not a full adult, but not a youngster either.
