Duck seen at Budworth Mere today? (1 Viewer)

I saw this duck feeding amongst Mallards at Budworth Mere at Marbury Country Park in Cheshire this afternoon the tail was always raised as shown in my images.

Hi,
I don't know what is a thingy aka yuck duck, but it looks like a hybrid between Mallard and Muscovy Duck (domestic)!

strange hybrid thing - the beak puts me in mind of a pochard (though nothing else in it does!)
