I was just drinking and taking break from cleaning and I saw the dunnocks mating

(just found out that's what they are thanks to a member here)

Nice capture - I believe they have rather a complicated sex life with infidelities, deception etc. So they could be regular partners, or this might be a snatched moment somewhere...

There only seems to be two dunnocks here now. In February when it snowed I saw lots of dunnocks and bluetits all day long in the hedge. Now there seems to be only one pair of each.
