Hi.

This one should be impossible to ID from these very very poor pictures ?

Both White-tailed Eagle and Golden Eagle are present in the area.

I agree with Butty, its a Hooded Crow. With a little bit of whishful thinking, you can add the pictures
  • to a good flight action of a Corvid (much better than an eagle)
  • a good shape for a Hoode Crow
  • divide the grey areas in artefacts and the right black/grey pattern for a Hooded Crow
