Hello everyone!
I captured the photo of this raptor around a marsh and I am inclined to think that it is the eastern imperial eagle. What do you people think?

i think it is a Greater Spotted Eagle. tail looks short, bill weaker than in EIE, no pale crown visible in pic 2, 7th finger looks shortish and the pale crescent on base of primaries.

Fully agree, also two toned tail would be visible in EIE

Thanks a lot both of you.I didn't think about greater spotted eagle, but now I looked up some photos on the Internet and it indeed does look like one.
