With the current influx of Siberian Accentors most people seem to be overlooking the fact, that there seem to influxes of other eastern species aswell, even if not as incredible as that one.

WTF??! Please to delete that execrable American renaming, and change it to Red-flanked Bluetail :storm: . . . and tell Tarsiger to do so too! :t:

We call our breeding birds what we like...get used to it

(but it is a sh1t name...)

Meanwhile...on topic...nice piece of work Maffong...I fancy more Asian Desert Warblers and some nice larks from further south...

Nice work. Some additions:
Pine Bunting, Netherlands: make that 4 records.
Daurian Shrike, Netherlands: only 1 (14th if accepted as this taxon)
Dusky Warbler, Netherlands: about 18 (records haven't been counted since 2011, because the average went over two a year), but it's probably ± 95th-113th.
Eastern Bonelli's in Ireland wasn't one.

Hi Mr Xenospiza,
To correct your correction: there were in fact two Isabelline (Daurian) Shrikes this autumn. For this taxon, and if accepted, they would be the 14th-15th records (check www.dutchavifauna.nl for all historic records of Dutch rarities).

BirdLife, HBW, H&M, Oriental Bird Club [hardly an American skew] = Orange-flanked Bush-robin
AOU, IOC, Clements = Red-flanked Bluetail
from Avibase

One of the less charming sides of Michael is that he thinks that everything he disagree with comes from the US o:D

Oh yeah, the facebook one. Now I know why I couldn't find it back anywhere... I want the old search function of the DBAlerts back.
