Eastern Kingbird in TN? (1 Viewer)

I found this photo going back months and decided to try and identify it. Could it be and eastern kingbird? This photo was taken on the banks of a lake. It's not a very good photo unfortunately because the bird was flying fast. I thought it could be an eastern towhee, but noticed that the legs are black.

Thanks,

White tipped tail good for Eastern Kingbird but whether that's enough for a 100% positive ID I'm not sure.

In fact it is - Eastern Kingbird is the only passerine in its range that has a dark tail with a white tip.
