Eastern yellow or grey wagtaiil in S Thailand (1 Viewer)

Hi, I believe the photos show an eastern yellow wagtail but I am not confident enough that I can distinguish one of those from a grey wagtail. The photos were taken today at one of the settling ponds at the Hat Yai Water Treatment Plant in Southern Thailand.
The photos of the bird on the "tree" and that on the ground were taken at the same pond so may well be the same bird, or not as they were taken about 15 minutes apart.
One photo of each pair has had the light/colour slightly edited, hopefully not for the worst:)
Thank you in advance
steve

It's an Eastern Yellow. Differences include Grey Wagtail lacking aby green on the upperparts except on the rump, and having pale legs.
