Location birded - Los Bancos, Mindo area (these are to the west of the Tandayapa Valley and at a lower elevation.

Note on birding in Ecuador: A good itinerary should include changes in elevation as well as locale. Vast numbers of different species can occur in the same valley, but at different elevations.
