Empidonax Flycatcher Identification, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, USA - 8/25/24 (1 Viewer)

I was birding at a park near woodlands when I saw Flycatcher that caught my eye. It was difficult for me to ID but maybe someone one here cam assist me with this task? Seems like it may suggest Least or Yellow Bellied. Two photos and a video containing the birds call are provided down below.

Yellow-bellied for me. Compare with Category:Empidonax - BirdForum Opus
, xeno canto for calls
(I have never seen a least flycatcher this yellow; they are normally greyish in my experience)
