Constantly unsure of Empids, they all look so incredibly alike in the guides.

The first 5 in this series are the same bird. Thin but obvious dual wing bars, small compact body, sitting sort of leaned forward. Long tail with dip in the middle. What I dont see at all is an eyering. Fairly long primary projection. My thinking on this one was Eastern Wood-Pewee.

6th pic is a separate bird, different area of the same park. I noticed its sitting more upright and less stocky than the first 5. Looks to have hint of eyering and dual wing bars. out of focus so that doesnt help. Does look to have a fairly yellow underside, but that may just be the lighting, as it is more uniform. Kind of still leaning towards Eastern Wood-Pewee on this one as well, but it seems to have a different build and silhouette than the first 5 photos

7th and 8th have distinct eyering and wing bars, short tails, what seems to be an all-yellow beak instead of the typical empid yellow bottom, black top beak. Seems to have shorter primary projection as well.
