falcon species seen December 2023 at Sharm el Sheikh (1 Viewer)

Please may I request advice. It is regarding my trip last year to the above location. Twice, I saw what seemed to be large (ish) falcon species fly off from lamp posts. On both occasions, this was right in the town, in fairly urban locations. Unfortunately, I didnt get good views, on each occasion I only spotted the bird as it took off. On the latter occasion though, I did manage a flight shot as it flew away from me.
My guess is that the species seen on both occasions would be one of either Peregrine, Barbary Falcon, or Lanner Falcon.
Please does anyone know what would be the resident large falcon of this town?
Also, please may I enquire if anyone might be able to provide any pointers in regard to the photograph here. I apologize for the poor quality of the pic and realize this is a long shot.
