Very dull today, with a few snow flurries. Not as cold out as it looks though, and the snow was melting as fast as it landed.

We had pretty heavy rain overnight but today was quite a nice, if occasionally overcast at times, day :king: No sign of the snow which the CountryFile forecast had us getting.......GOOD! :-O

I've been off on my holiday this past three days and, to be perfectly honest, have just been relaxing at home. Not sure why but I've just felt SO drained :smoke: But I'm feeling better now so will get myself out for a walk tomorrow :t:

We had a very hard frost overnight but this soon melted way to leave a gorgeous sunny day with clear blue skies :king: I felt that spring was definitely beginning to claw it's way in as I had my first daisy, red dead-nettle and a field at Druridge was full of lambs :t:

Woke up to see a good covering of frost, and fairly thick fog. Frost began letting up by mid-morning but the fog hung around until after lunch. Rest of the day murky and overcast.
It was a strange day yesterday, which I didn't get chance to write about. I got up intending to go for a walk, but on looking out I saw the sky was as 'black as hell's crickets', and it was pouring down. 45 minutes later the sun was shining, and the rest of the day was lovely. England my England! What a place.

Wet, wet and more wet! The rain kept a lot of the birds sheltering and the feeders haven't seen much action at all today, compared to the other day when it was cool and sunny and my feeders got absolutely blitzed!
