I don't know about the bird in question, but It looks okay to me just from observation. Again, I'm posting so others can reply who know more than me.
 
I would at least say possible, it is similar to this one from Macaulay. Most images show a pale lore which your bird does not show.

Whatever it is, I believe it cannot be an adult, as the tail feathers are so pointy?
