Field guide for Western Europe?? (1 Viewer)

Hi all!! I’m prepping for my honeymoon and was hoping to get some recommendations. We’re going to urban locations in: Portugal, France, Spain, and Italy. I’m looking to find field guide recommendations to bring with me

Hard to beat the Collins guide, now in its 3rd edition and also available as an app.

The Collins Guide is the one to get (esp as an app) but it can be usefully supplemented by the 2nd edition of WildGuides' photoguide "Europe's Birds" (but don't trust the maps!). When in Spain you may also find "Birds of Spain" (Lynx) helpful as it has better/larger distribution maps & details on movements, arrival/departure dates, etc. (there's also a sister guide on Portugal but I think it's out of print).
