Common Buzzard is correct.
Here the bird one moment before.
The next one are two crops of the same pic.That means two info points as a help to id.

Ody, your Gull-billed Tern is really a Whiskered Tern. You might want to have a look at this thread:

Note that even the place is exactly the same. And yes, I agree with all the others that the last picture shows a Red-backed Shrike.
