I especially like it when I'm reclining in the ground handholding the 18x70. All the weight is spread across the forehead and cheeks, so arms are not needed much for support, just pointing and steadying. It will fit other binocular eyepieces, like the Nikon SE eyepiece, but I don't think you could sqeeze your nose in there. It will also fit the Nikon E and EII but I can't get my eyes close enough for full FOV with those.Henry</blockquote>
