Message: <blockquote data-quote="BrianInnes" data-source="post: 1220493" data-attributes="member: 46127">Managed to take the A590IS and Kowa 611 out yesterday afternoon.  Quite a lot of CA present in the pictures due to the plain glass in the scope.  However editing the images means I can reduce the purple fringing a bit to give reasonable images.  No where near DSLR quality of course, but good enough to put on the web.  I'd probably have to change the scope eyepiece or body and eyepiece to get better results, however not got enough spare pennies at the moment. Still I'm pretty happy that I can get reasonable snapshots of what I see through the scope.  :t:</blockquote>
