Saw this (juvenile?) sea bird yesterday in the Forth Estuary, Scotland. It seemed to be struggling. Any ideas what it may be?

And it would seem to be oiled.

Can you contact the RSPCA?

As you well know Delia, it would be the SSPCA. A wee slip of the finger on your part I’m sure. I don’t know what happens when you phone the RSPCA about an animal in Scotland but I would think that there is a process in place.
