flycatcher help (1 Viewer)

I saw this bird at Butterbredt springs near Ridgecrest California 2 weeks ago. It is a flycatcher but not a gray since no white band. the primaries look too short to be a hammond's, possibly a dusky . it looks too light and not enough olive or brown for a willow. Can anyone help please.

Mike
