Flycatcher ID, Texas, USA (1 Viewer)

The below photographs were taken on 14 April in Big Bend National Park, Texas, USA.

When I took them I thought this was an Eastern Phoebe. Now that I am looking closely I noticed the bill was bi-color (the bottom of the bill is orange/yellow) and none of my books shoe this for an Eastern Phoebe.

Is this another Flycatcher? A Dusky Flycatcher?
