Yep, definitely not an Eastern Wood-Pewee with that short of primaries. Looks like a Traill's to me due to the medium size bill, weaker eyering, not-so-compact body, and shorter primary projection.

Thanks. I was thinking Trail's also. Is it possible to go further? Willow or Alder? I noticed it molting its tail which suggest to me a local breeder rather than a migrant. Also the early August date. Perhaps better for Willow?

Pretty sure it’s a Willow. You make good points, also Alder is usually greener backed
