Juvenile Dark-sided Flycatcher.
This is a juvenile bird (pale spots on upperparts) and Dark-sided commonly migrates in juvenile plumage, unlike Asian Brown or Grey-sided. Note also the long primary projection, broad eye-ring behind the eye, mottled underparts and relatively small, dark bill.
