There is just one photo of this flying bird.
I would be thankful for your help and we were able to see it today in the Police Park.

Hope to be corrected, but
  • jizz of a long tailed Sylvia Warbler
  • greyish overall colouration, what appears to be pale fringing to tertials
  • white on outer tail feathers and whitish tips to some of them
Why not a Barred Warbler?

I’m thinking Common Whitethroat, warm rufous edging to the tertials, white outer rectrices and greyish mantle, I believe the tail looks much longer than it is, due to the parallax of the shot.
